Scripture:  Isaiah 26:3

Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. (NKJV)

So much of life is mental. The way we think often causes us to act or react a certain way. Doubt can bring about fear or will lead us into states of depression. At the same time mental state of belief can take us to places of great faith and peace. In as much as we don’t like to believe it where our mind is our existence is there also.
